What information I collect:
In order for me to process your order, you need to provide me with certain information (which you have authorized Etsy to provide). This includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information and information about the product you are ordering. Why I need your information and how I use it:

Customer data is important to my business. I only release your personal data for specific reasons and under very specific circumstances, as follows:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy when necessary to fulfill my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Service provider: I commission certain trustworthy third party providers to carry out tasks and provide services for my shop, such as parcel services. I pass on your personal data to these third-party providers, but only to the extent that they are necessary for the implementation of these services.

Terms of contract / buyer information / cancellation policy
I. Basic provisions (as of March 4th, 2018)
The following conditions of sale apply to all contracts concluded using the Etsy sales platform between Patricia Vellard, Putenweg 37, D-12355 Berlin - hereinafter referred to as the seller - and the respective buyer and are expressly recognized by the buyer when the contract is concluded.
The seller offers various goods via Etsy, the details can be found in the respective item description.
A consumer within the meaning of the following regulations is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
II. Conclusion of the contract

If an item is posted by the seller on Etsy, the activation of the listing page on Etsy is the binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions contained in the item page.

For the conclusion of the contract, the Etsy terms and conditions apply, in particular ยง 5, a corresponding link can be found at the bottom of every DaWanda page.
In addition, the menu navigation of Etsy when making a purchase or other purchase functions by the buyer shows which individual technical steps lead to the conclusion of the contract, how input errors can be recognized and corrected before submitting the order, by which declaration the buyer enters into a commitment and through which action the contract comes about.

The contract language is exclusively German.
The contract text (order data and terms and conditions) is saved by the seller. However, the storage is limited, so please ensure that you print it out yourself or save it separately. Regardless of this, you will receive all relevant data for the order by email, which can be printed out.
III. Prices, delivery and shipping costs
The prices quoted in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any taxes that may be incurred. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries - if offered - additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and / or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be payable by the buyer in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the relevant customs or duties. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they are based on the respective specific offer and the shipping information provided therein and are to be borne separately by the customer.
IV. Terms of payment
The payment options mentioned in the specific offer are available to the buyer.
A cash payment and collection of the goods is possible, provided that this is expressly stated in the item description.
The purchase price plus delivery and shipping costs must be paid no later than 7 days after receipt of the request for payment.
The seller remains the owner of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Due to the small business status according to ยง 19 UStG I do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show it. All prices quoted are final prices and do not include delivery / shipping costs.
